right click on the icon on your desktop
select 'properties'
select 'change icon'
browse to where you have extracted the zip contents and pick you icon
select 'properties'

Question- if you do just right click it in that manner- it seems to only change the icon for that particular thing (like a folder for example) how do you apply that new icon picture to ALL of the folders on your computer?

good question jedijr88 I have been scratching my head over that too. it's ridiculous to change every single folde in your computer one by one. lol.
there's a way to change them in the Display panel though.
control panel> display> desktop >customize desktop
hope it helps a little.

I was wondering though, why do they have a black background? That turns them unusable...
