I took this photograph in Phuket, Thailand, while casually walking along the oceanfront. This was the only boat moored along the beach for miles in either direction, which made me wonder the story behind the boat. Did something happen to the fisherman who owned it? Why was it the only boat moored for miles on end? I whipped out my camera and snapped a quick shot before moving on, continuing to think about the story behind that lonesome vessel.

I took this picture in Yellowstone National Park, at around 6am. The mist had subsided partially as the Sun came up but was reluctant to leave, lingering on the surface.

I took this at Yellowstone National Park. This is the grand canyon of Yellowstone, and although minuscule in comparison with the real grand canyon it was still a breathtaking view, the animated river snaking in between great mountains of yellow stone.

This was taken at Yosemite National Park; Autumn had just rolled around, the leaves had just turned golden, and the sun was shining through the leaves. The great granite rocks loomed up behind the trees, pointing towards the sky uniformly. .
