Revisiting my photo collection of 2014, now on retina display, brings an other dimension to the shots taken in Antelope Canyon (lower), Arizona.

I know IFL has a few of these shots, including some of mine, but who can say they are tired to look at them? It's a unique place with infinite perspective and shapes.

Taken at Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada while hiking to the other end of the lake. The colour of the water, canoes and trees made for a nice composition.

Taken somewhere above Montana as we were cruising at 38,000 feet, from Alberta, heading south to a warmer weather, escaping cold and snow.

Iceland: Jokulsarlon lagoon. A "popular" destination on the south coast of the island. As the glacier melts, a lake is formed and icebergs slowly make their way to the ocean, connected by a short river.

Down in the South of Utah, not far from Arizona is a place called the Kodachrome basin state park. It is an other little magic place with its own unique rock formation. My friend Marc and I wandered for a couple miles in the park to find this "round about" which that day, was posing with a majestic sky.

An other shot of Zion National Park, this time from the top, and end of Angel's Landing trail. An easy hike until you reach the last half mile and have to hang on to chains to make your way along the top ridge. Obviously, worth the risks.

Just an hour North of Las Vegas, the Valley of Fire State Park is an easy drive to a surreal decor to bring you back down to nature away from the sad casino life. Here you are reminded where we all come from, and that there are simple pleasures to be experienced without spending money.

Angel's landing is one of Zion National Park's most famous hikes. This photo was taken off-trail and you can see in the bottom right corner, the path leading to the Virgin River valley below. Down center is the road where the bus shuttle drives. It is only authorized vehicle in the park past its lodge. It is an amazing park to visit, only a two-hour drive from Las Vegas, Nevada.
