Its a nicely framed image, I'll give you that, but You either held the shutter open too long or messed around too much in photoshop. You have lost data in the wiongs of the bird beyond that of an artistic rendering. The Shading is a little off. I offer this as constructive criticism rather than a flame mind you. Again the framing of the shot is excellent.
