He did it using a second curtain flash with either a 430 or 580 speedlight at 1.5 to 2 second exposure with the aperture open to about 9f and an ISO of 100 OR 800, depending on the surrounding light.

I would like to see a similar one , with everything this one has but increasing the exposure time, until the car be out of the picture.
