I was there last year - it's a great place. I have images at www.myimagegallery.co.uk - although not as good as this one. :)

Beautiful submission! You have done a perfect job of the composition; the saturation is great; as is the exposure. Nice wide angle too - what was the focal length you used?

Banff is definitely one of the best places I have ever been. Did you see Moraine Lake and the Valley of the Ten Peaks? I highly recommend everybody to take that hike sometime in their life...you will remember it forever.

I agree on the over sharpness. I'd love to see this pic before it was over sharpened. Other then that, this is a great photo. Nice work!

Anyone remember the Kindiak Park track from the Need for Speed IV racing game? Reminds me of that, somehow... ;)

The Banff Skywalk is an easy 1km self-guided interpretive walkway along the summit ridge that leads to the Cosmic Ray Station National Historic Site of Canada, and the historic Sanson’s Peak Meteorological Station. This is definitely one of the more interesting things to do in Banff National Park. The historical stories of the area and early explorers are as impressive as the spectacular views! More adventurous hikers will want to try the South East Ridge Trail – a favourite among the locals.

One of the best here. So great, in fact, that I convinced a Nigerian scammer to pay someone to paint it and send it to me. One of these days I'll have it framed.

Here is the painting:
