Taken last June, on a trip in the Southwest. Touched up the colors a bit in Photoshop. Please leave comments since it's my first submission.

Very nice pic. The details are so sharp it almost looks like a miniature!

That is incredibly sharp. Must've been pretty dry that day? The lens wasn't listed in the EXIF data. Did you use the 50mm 1.4? You've got really good contrasting diagonals in this photo too, But if it were me, I think I would have taken back the saturation a bit to achieve a more realistic look.

Wow, I enjoyed it man! It's a kind of photo I haven't seen yet, I mean the point of view that you taken it from. As Chris Gin said, it looks like a miniature! And the sharpness is so high, what gives another positive point to your photo.
Congratulations for your first submission, try to take another pictures that show other points of view.
P.S.: From where is this photo?

It was taken at Bryce Canyon, somewhere at a viewpoint. The camera used was a Canon G9. And yes, it was quite a hot, dry day!

This is a great shot. I've been to Bryce Canyon National Park and you make it look even better than when I was there. Maybe it's the bright greens and reds? (And yes, it is very hot there in the summer.)

It's very beautiful picture, those forms of stones are similar to the stones in my homecountry Serbia in Europe. This place calls Djavolja Varos or in english Hell Village, why we call that so,well it's long story.Important is, that this Village is one of the candidates for the Seven World Wonders!

Wow, this one is very cool. As others said, the sharpness is unreal. Love the angles, contrast, colors, and the subject is INTERESTING! Nice submission. @Ayakano -- I kicked the icon habit long ago... just the Finder for me. Let your background breathe. :-)

I'm with Chris Gin on this one. As soon as I saw the full-size vs. the thumbnail, I was thinking, "whoa, it almost looks like a miniature!" And then seconds later, I was reading Chris' comment! lol
Nice, nice work. This is a great wallpaper for me, and it's added to WallPaper Master. You see, because I enjoy the wallpapers so much here on InterfaceLift, I have removed all of my desktop icons not long after installing WallPaper Master. My desktop has never looked so good. And now it just got a little better thanks to this piece of art.
