Very nice a calming shot. Great colors as well. This will be a nice addition to my library. :D

Yet another question for my fellow members: How big is your personal photo wallpaper collection. Mine is at 660 images totaling about 371MB. I have a feeling it will continue to grow each day :D

Thanks for sharing.

I really enjoy the sunsets that you have submitted. It's like you live in the mountains!! This is a very calming piece, and the contrast fits well with the scene with the snow on the mountains to the sky above. Keep submitting!!

Golf007sd: I probably have at least 1,000 counting the pictures on my other computer. InterfaceLIFT has been the best place by far to find free high quality pictures. This calming picture gets added to my collection too :)

This could almost pass as a watercolor thanks to that rolling fog. Really nice understated capture. I like it. I think we can finally put to rest any remaining sunset sickness -- IFL has shown great taste in avoiding redundancy over the last year. Keep it up, everyone!

If you've seen one sunset, you haven't seen them all. This is a breed apart--both timeless and beautiful.

Beautiful landscape picture. Very easy to look at because it has a relaxing look to it. However, you can still notice some noise in it. But maybe that's what makes it so great!

Thx so far for all your positive comments! I'm glad you like the shots.

@golf007sd: I've about 200 images on my harddisk. Most of them are taken from IFL.

@all of you: Two years ago I found another great site with high quality wallpapers. Check out: http://www.frogfree.com/frogwallpapers/

i love how the fog just floats above the mountains... it looks like a clear, pearly sea of pink.

I love the layering of these mountains and the light beams caused by the refracting light in the fog. You got quite a bit of detail even in these low light settings. The peaks "peeking" through the fog remind me of fingertips being swept through smoke. It's almost so smooth it's mystifying.

I might play with the color a little bit but I'll definitely add this to my collection. Oh, and as of now I have over 3,600 images in my wallpaper collection which is broken down into 16 categories. All of my images take up over 3GB (That's not including my personal photos in iPhoto or the few folders of images I don't use as wallpaper). :P
