Is the blur made with Photoshop ?

A cool image. I'd like the blur to be a bit more subtle. It does bring focus to the numbers, but its seems artificial and is a bit distracting to my eyes. Maybe less blur at the center then becoming more blurred at the edges would be better?

Still, it is a cool idea and a nice change of pace for a wallpaper.

The blur does look photoshopped. The depth of field is at a screwy angle to be lens blur. For your information, if you want to simulate lens blur, use the lens blur filter in photoshop (it's excellent) instead of the gaussian blur filter.
