Yes, this is Seattle. Look at his first submission. The left, where the mountains just start, same area.

These are the Olympic Mountains west of Seattle. Another very pleasing photo! I'm enjoying IFL's recent theme of simple wallpapers.

yes, just to confirm - this is taken from the same place - just zoomed in on the mountains (yes the Olympics). Thanks for the comments!

I have sketched a Abbey road LP in two colours, and the administrator putted this one on???

Bojan Marsetich: be patient, but more importantly, NEVER assume that your submission will be posted on IFL. What you said here looks like you're saying that you think yours is better than Jeffery's, and so IFL should have posted yours instead. Be patient; it may still get posted. Anyway, in response to the description which states, "There is a just enough light left to see their silhouette.": there's also just enough light to make the colors of the sky absolutely stunning, beautiful and even a bit mesmerizing. Nice work, Jeffery! This is definitely a keeper!

Tim H., from your point of view you're right.

Good grief. What's going on in these comment forums lately? These attitudes. Thankfully, we've got enough commentators who are sick of it and are policing it a bit. Now, Bojan may have been joking around - I wonder because he typed "putted" like maybe meaning it in some playful tone - or he/she could just be someone who doesn't natively speak English. If it was actually a joke, try a smiley or something. Cliché yes, but they get the point across, and you'll avoid the confusion.

Ok. Well, Bojan got that new comment in while I was typing mine. Apparently, he's just immature. Ah, breathe that stale air.

What would be nice, Bojan, is if there was some sort of community rating system. Different people have different tastes, and right now I would agree that the selection is one-directional.

In relation to this photo, I really like the colors. But I wish the mountains were more in focus near the bottom, perhaps with more layers too. It looks fairly flat.

Again, thank you for the comments. It would be nice to have the mountains more in focus...but I was going for the silhouette of the mountains to capture the cloudy colors in the sky. There was almost no light in the sky making it nearly impossible to even see the mountains themselves.

I think there is a rating system here on interfacelift. Adding an image as a favorite essentially casts a vote for it.

I will agree with Brizkit. Im loving the newest wallpapers. I like this one because of the colors. Thanks for all of the efforts!
