I waited until the Sun disappeared at the horizon when the world saturated in soft blue.

I don't know what that spot is to the right of the light, but I wish it weren't there. It distracts me from a very nice photo. If only I had even infantile Photoshop skills.

Spot right of the light is lens flare. Usually happens to me if I have a UV or clear filter protecting my lens. I take them off when I shoot for that reason. Easy fix though, with a healing brush or background clone tool.
Great shot BTW

Why does the lighthouse appear to lean? Is it because of lens distortion or is the lighthouse actually askew? Otherwise a very soothing photo.

I love it! But if you went through the trouble of delicately editing it, I think it would look a bit better if the lighthouse were straightened. Other than that tiny detail, this is fantastic.

Thanks to you all :)
and I'm really sorry for submitting this photo without delicate editing... for that I never thought this photo could have the chance of being selected... next time, I will try my best to at least make it perfect to myself before submitting :)

First of many.....
Really nice shot, loved the landscape and the transition from land to sea so seamlessly....
