Misty Morning Falls

Taken at Ohiopyle Park in Southwest Pennsylvania on a cloudy morning. Minutes later this tranquil area was invaded by teenaged swimmers.

Out of focus.

I'm thinking the out of focus is due to the f/25 aperture used. I think an f/11 or f/16 would have been better, and have made this shot a little more crisp. The rocks in the background seem to be the focus point.
Great area for photography though

This is not out of focus. Great shot and great colors. I like the framing of the leaves on the left, and the tree on the right. The state parks in Pennsylvania are beautiful and offer wonderful photo opportunities.

I agree that this isn't out-of-focus but rather more that it hasn't been artificially sharpened. The colors and contrast on the other hand do seem a somewhat exaggerated but the end result is a rather pleasing, other-worldly look.

I appreciate everyone's comments.... let me clarify the question of focus. I think that the reason it may a look a little out of focus is because I shot this a f25 for 10 seconds. There was a little bit of wind and I believe that it may have caused the leaves to move. The colors are real and nothing has been artificially enhanced. Thanks for all of your input - this was my first submission.

I like it. I don't think it's unfocused at all.
And about those teenagers: you should've smacked them across the head.
/looks to self since I'm a teen.

10 sec exposure is what I must have seen. Some of the shot seemed crisp but then it seemed a bit out of fuzzy in other places. Darn wind! Beautiful shot and a Beautiful place!

Awesome shot, it has just replaced "Colours of New York" from a few weeks back on here as my desktop - and I didn't think anything was going to replace that for a while.
With all the shots on here of my part of the world (NZ), it's great to see such gorgeous nature shots of the US as well.

Other than the water fall, it looks a bit unrealistic or I am blind, this is an amazing shot. I am already using this as the wallpaper.
