The clouds look like smoke coming off the torch in the statue's hand. Neat!

The photo is crystal clear and stunning, but the lack of balance - with stuff in the bottom right and nothing on the left - disorients me when I look at this. Nevertheless, the clouds are just incredible and the contrast levels are absolutely perfect.
