Manas0210,i used a remote shutter,so yes the shutter was open for 70 seconds.lol
stubulman,thats correct,i upped the vibrance of the lights a tad also.

Nice work! Though a bit dry, and the greys are kind of flat.

WOW! It's funny but me and my husband were just walking on that bridge two hours ago and then when I got home I decided to checkout the newest wallpapers on interfacelift and here it is! We live in midtown sacramento and really love walking the trails along the river. Your photograph is really beautiful!
