This shot was taken near Trogir in Croatia, not far from Split. This hidden shore was a little paradise, with a good restaurant beside it. An hour later the sky was spoiled with a thunder storm.
Canon EOS 5D Mark II with EF24-105 f4L IS USM, cropped and adjusted in Adobe Lightroom, sharpened in Adobe Photoshop.

Fantastic. I am floored by the texture of the water in the foreground. The best part is that the "sky was spoiled" by a storm a short hour later. What a magnificent transition that must have been!

The water in this image is captivating. If Narcissis would have seen his reflection in this pool of water he wouldn't have lasted another second more!
The picture looks very natural and not overly stylized. One blames the beauty of the image on the tropical landscape not the effects or the camera that were used. The water is the star of this pic...Cheers.
