I really like the ledge with the blue outlines, it really makes this whole picture stand out. The nice water effect there is also beautiful, and the image just works with the bluish color as a whole.

The only dominating factor about this picture is the boats...they sort of make me dizzy if I really focus on to them...that's because they were moving while you were actively using your shutter speed shooting, I understand. Other than that, the picture is well balanced with the colors and everything. I love it!

The lighting is very nice, especially on the bridge. The sheen over the water nicely blends with the shore and bridge as well.

The blurriness. Not sure if that was intended for or not, but blurry boats look ugly in my opinion. I won't be using this as my desktop based solely on that reason.

I love the colours you managed to get around the structure of the jetty.

I agrre though with the above posters, the blurriness of the boats is a little too distracting for me.

The image has good mood, color and composition. The dusk is magical.

But the moving, and hence blurry, boats ruin it for me. Sometimes environmental conditions are just too much to overcome.

I'll have to disagree with the above posters. First of all, if you look at the boats, you will notice that they are anchored (see the buoys) and therefore the blurriness is almost certainly intentional. Second, I actually enjoy the effect; for me it is synchronous with the soft mood of the water. The boats and the water together also contrast the bridge and the mountains, which to me creates an interesting effect. It shows the forgivingness of the water and the harshness of the land (in my eyes).

I don't think anything could have been improved. Nice job!

As I said, the color and composition are excellent.

Not to be argumentative, but boats at anchor can move a great deal with the wind and the swell, as anyone who has ever spent the night on a small moored sailboat can tell you. While the texture of the water is obscured by the long exposure, it's clear from the variations at the edge of the boat ramp that the water is moving, too. The blurred masts of the boats are also a dead giveaway that they were swaying with the motion of the hulls on the water. Without a doubt this effect in the photo was intentional as it was impossible to avoid. Whether one likes or dislikes the effect is purely a matter of taste. Oh, and by the way, that's not a bridge in the foreground, it's a wharf. As for the water being forgiving, I'd say you've probably never actually been to sea on a small boat. The sea may be beautiful, but forgiving she is not. She has her peaceful moments, but her wrath is terrible and among the most deadly forces on the planet.
