Morning Mist

By pRam
October 12th, 2010

Happy Isle Lake, Algonquin Park, Canada. It was early morning in September this year. One of the first cold nights. I woke up to a completely foggy lake and as it burned off I got some stunning pictures. This was one of my favorite.

Nikon D5000, AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR, Apple Aperture.

This likeness is a view that many people see living up in and around Canada's northern lakes. The morning fog lifting off the lakes on a flat calm is a sight to behold.. :)

Awesome shot.. Thanks for sharing!

If anything the left side is a bit blurry, but I think that may have to do with the fog. Fog is very difficult to capture nicely.
