I like the composition and subject choice. Excellent water movement.
The blown hot spots in the back of the image where the sunlight hit are very very distracting. That's why overcast days are much better for shots like this. I also feel like you modified the color so that yellows are green too as every thing is green on the sides, which is unnatural.

it's a good thing we have an expert on 'nature' here...i'm not certain how the ability to use photoshop makes one an artist, let alone a critic...nice shot.
