Ah, didn't know that; I just went by and pressed the button. Thanks for the information--and for your feedback, of course! I'm glad you like it! :)
Nice focus and colors. I think they sell them around here as salt and pepper shakers.
Perhaps the next version could have a more calm background.

Woah -- this is surprisingly pleasing and effective for a macro desktop. I normally dislike the cramped feeling of closeups, but whatever you've done here really works. Nice simple composition and use of colorful bokeh.
As far as criticisms go, I'm not sure I love the fact that the blue nana's shoulder is out of frame... If these guys were moved a hair to the left, I think this would be a perfect shot. It is pretty cool as is, though!

Thank you! I'm always a sucker for colorful shots (LOVED your bottles shot!). But what really makes this a unique shot is the feeling of emotion you were able to infuse into a shot of small, ceramic salt & pepper shakers! Who would have thought? That takes some talent!
I know I wouldn't change a thing. Nope. Thanks again.

I googled "nanas" by that artist, but it didn't look like them. My sister used these salt and pepper shakers as wedding favors 10 years ago. She found them in Thailand, where I believe they were designed and produced.

I saw these figures there too. Those are "nanas". The original nanas are much bigger and designed by Nicki de Saint-Phalle, a famous french painter and designer. Her productions are also shown in the art gallery in Nice because she lived in this region.
Love this image, nice colours.. very cool photo..!!!
