The sparkles and a different flame in the center gives this picture unique view--over all very good job. As far as computer wallpaper it lacks clear color tone place on the top left of the work to accomodate icons--shifting the focus slightly to the left by maybe giving up one of the flames on the right or slightly zooming out would have made it better for computer wallpaper use.

I'm sorry, the different image resolutions didn't come out great. I didn't know how to do it, the original is like this:

too bad the author gave away what it is i'm looking at. a little guessing would ad some mystique to this unusual and original photo.

it's hard to fault in any way, the author probably achieved exactly what he set out to do. personally however i'd prefer it without the troublemaker. it could have been a serene photo, the middle lighter stirs up things a little too much.

Thank you. They're all the same zippo, I took the photos in a dark room with these settings:
f/4.5
2 seg
ISO 200
18-55@28 mm
No Flash

I love wallpapers that are black in the background because they just seem sleek to me. Plus it's easy to see icons. It's cool to know you used the same zippo, it's almost impossible to tell. I edited the raw tif file of this to keep more of the black margins on both sides like you referred to. Looks nice and it's different so keep up the unique eye in future work!

I love this image! great staging and composition! did you use any programs? and how did you get the spark? I would really like to see anything else like this you might have! This image just fits my laptop perfectly. Good Job!
