If you are interested, there are two alternate versions of this picture:
Warmer: http://colecovizion.deviantart.com/gallery/29117125#/d3a2bep

Warmer+different composition: http://colecovizion.deviantart.com/gallery/29117125#/d3bl93j

I hope you find one that you enjoy!

Voted for this in the Loupe not 2 days ago. Great to see that it made it through. Love the colours of the frogs. Most unusual. Great photo overall.

Personally I don't think there is much that can be improved.

Great capture, both in terms of subject matter and composition. I too voted for this and am glad to see it here.

My only suggestion would be to play with the tonal curve a bit, to give the image more contrast. That's just my personal preference.

Question: How is the D7000 sizing up to your older D90?

Thanks for the comments and feedback! To rFoster: The D7000 is much faster (focus, general operation) than the D90. Also, the increase in resolution allows for some pretty extreme (last resort) cropping. A good example of this is on the "Golden Sunset" picture that I have posted on here.

That picture is about 1/3 the size of the original crop! Unfortunately, I've had a harder time getting the intended focus on the D7000. There is definitely some learning curve in that respect!
