I like the picture, especially the detailed sun. It looks gorgeous.
WORMSS: well what you might mean is that it makes it even more fictional and I think you#re right.
Also on the planet on the left I dont know what the lines on the planet are, but I dont like them that much.

The sun-like planet is awesome, detailed, and realistic looking. The planet in the middle is perfectly lighted and detailed.
The blue planet and the space inbetween the two largest ones is slightly less populated with filler than I would like. Just random details or things would be nice.

I like it, however the spaceship looks a little too much like a toy, and I would have preferred it without the letterbox, or at least you could have matched the black level of space with the letterbox black level a little more. Also there is some pretty irritating banding especially coming from the light of the sun. That sun really is a beauty though! I would love a picture of just that sun in space with maybe some stars and one planet. :P

It's really cool, but you used a tutorial, didn't you? http://psd.tutsplus.com/tutorials/painting/red-giant-star-photoshop/

Beautiful colors and amazing details. I absolutely LOVE the flares around the star. I wonder what it'd look like with the USS Enterprise (say, the NCC-1701-E) in place of the current starshipÂ…

I am not too keen on the spaceship though. Takes it from being a space scene to a spaceship scene. If that makes sense?
