I took this picture while on a walk through the forest. I thought the light was quite interesting and i felt it would make a nice wallpaper. Maybe you think so too ;)

Canon EOS 400D, Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM, Adobe Photoshop CS4.

I love the feeling of this picture and how everything is blurred except for the one tree in the front. I also think the colors add a nice warmth to the photo. Finally, there is a kind of magic in the air, is almost as if you can touch it. Thanks for sharing!

This photo makes me remember the times I went camping in Southern California. I like the balance of the composition but I think you went a little too far with the tilt. I'm not sure the sign in the background helps this shot either. Also, the glare and overall brightness of the tree in the foreground along with the bright trees way in the back, make this shot something that could have worked, but the finished product was just a few elements short from being a keeper. Your new piece "Stockholm" is my favorite from yours so far. Don't let my harsh criticisms in any way deter your ambitions as a photographer though. =)

Hey, thank you so much for your feedback. I really understand your point of view. If i woud edit the photo again, i think i would change someting in the brightness too. Nevertheless i still like the photo as it is ;)...
And don´t worry, i´m a friend of criticism, thats an important way to change the point of view and is a motivation to work hard and try to improve my skills ;)
