Monaco Twilight

November 11th, 2011

Finally! After waiting for several weeks I finally got the chance to catch a clear twilight sunrise over Monaco. Getting up at 4.30am and then hiking uphill (steep!) for 1 hour straight wasn't easy, but totally worth it! Also check out the pics of the actual sunrise in my wallpaper section on my website. Enjoy!

5-exposure HDR.

Canon EOS 5D Mark II, Canon EF 14mm f/2.8L II USM shot at f/11.

really amazing picture, your exposure is really impressive. Did you do any post modifications to the picture? I'm in Nice right now for studies, I have a nikon d5100. perhaps you could give me some tips as I'm not a very good photographer.

I definitely think this is one of your best. You are getting better and better at post-processing as well. Thanks!

Great job. Doesn't look like an HDR at all, which is the best kind of HDR in my opinion.
