I can tell by the mark on the train cab that this is Ukraine, because when I first saw this I noticed how familiar it looks to the train station in Poltava. I visit Ukraine often to see relatives and this brings back memories. What city is this? Beautiful picture, by the way.
I can't really think of any way to improve it really, perhaps taking away so many colors took away some of the feeling from the shot. Ukrainian/Russian trains are pretty, in their own way.

Nice capture though, and I love the black and white. It makes it feel a little more like cold war era art!
