This park is located in Thornton, Colorado and is definitely one of the coolest parks I've been to. The view is amazing, it completely surrounds you, looking also out towards Denver and DIA. To me, this photo captures the essence of Colorado in the Summer - green grass, blue sky, sunshine, and peace.

Thanks BlueKnight! Glad you like it! Yeah - if you looked over the edge of the field, there are cities that are in between this location and the mountains. Wouldn't it be heavenly if it really did lead all the way? :)

Maybe you have noticed my bad english in the previous post, I'm sorry for that. Also I meant to write "...thinking I'm overhyped...".
But yes, it would be really heavenly. Taking a photo that is close to heavenly (!) blows me away, earns my vote and is placed on my desktop as a wallpaper. Thanks! :)

Hi anjsmith, thanks for the comment! :) It is just east of Colorado and 140th (just north of the King Soopers shopping center) - once you turn on 140th, just head straight up the hill (it was a dirt road last time I was there). Hope you like it! It's a special place.

If I am to be critical, then I'would like to see the land all the way to the mountains, but perhaps you'll need to move landmass for that :/
