While driving accross New Mexico I decided to get off I-40 and explore some of the old route 66. I saw this old truck and sign in Tucumcari, New Mexico.

I never would have thought I would see a picture of this place on here. Me and my parents stayed here on a vacation to Colorado. It's a town were you would see tumbleweeds.

I grew up in Tucumcari... it was a booming town back in the day. Now there isn't much there. I swear the movie Cars was made about Tucumcari.

The upper tier in the back needs a little work. Dont know about the engine.
