I've been giving my macro lens and workout lately but I don't think I've gotten anything quite as nice as this, great shot.

Just beautiful. Exposure, composition, focal point and colour are all just spot on. I've tried for these kinds of macros a few times and now how difficult it can be. A great capture. Thanks for sharing, this looks absolutely amazing on my 46" plasma!

Thank you all for you nice comments. The shot was made with the EF100mm f/2.8L Macro @ 1/160 sec, f/5.6, ISO 500.
