Angel's Landing
November 27th, 2013
Angel's landing is one of Zion National Park's most famous hikes. This photo was taken off-trail and you can see in the bottom right corner, the path leading to the Virgin River valley below. Down center is the road where the bus shuttle drives. It is only authorized vehicle in the park past its lodge. It is an amazing park to visit, only a two-hour drive from Las Vegas, Nevada.
Adobe Lightroom 5 and Nik HDR Efex 2.
Canon EOS 5D Mark III, Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0L USM.

@Patcha: Thank you for your comment. I agree with you, the sky has a funny effect to it, as it was taken at sunset. It is quite visible in the thumbnail, but doesn't bother me as a desktop image. None the less, there is always room for improvement!

But sadly i won't use it as wallpaper, because the sky is really oddly coloured (maybe it's just my monitor, ignore the rest then), which looks like some HDR post processing gone wrong. There are big halos from the ridges which make the sky almost rainbowish.
