Zephyr Twilight

January 17th, 2015

I had the pleasure of photographing South Lake Tahoe last week. Not really knowing where to go, I discovered Zephyr Cove. The cloud formations there were unlike anything I had ever seen before. They were actually pretty suttle in this shot, but I loved the rest of it. If I just could of gotten the boat to move! This is two exposures combined in Photoshop.

Adobe Lightroom 5, Adobe Photoshop CC, Lee little stopper.

Canon EOS 6D, Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0L USM.

Lovely photo. It's very atmospheric and I like the composition.

Although it's not very noticeable, removing/fixing the chromatic aberration would make this photo that much better :)

Thanks. I guess my eyes are bad, I can't find it. I've got it clicked in Lightroom but didn't see any more to manually remove.

Nevermind, I found it. It did help a bit:) Post processing has quite the learning curve.
