Very nice! A bit farther couth than where I am from, but it still looks very much like Connecticut. When you live 8,500 miles from your hometown, it's nice to see this sort of photo.

This image creates a surprising sorta 3D effect on an LCD screen. I've put this on a few tubes and a few LCDs, and each LCD looks just amazing.
Something about the colors vs. the crystals in the display causes sort of a shimmer effect. Similar to iridescence?
Lovely shot otherwise: Rich colors, depth works great too. Draws me right in. Raises Desktop art to a new level. Thanks!

I like your use of light, color, and exposure to get the almost dream-like quality of this photo. In this case, I think it would have been virtually impossible not to allow for the blur of the flow of the water, which allows your eyes to be drawn further into the scene.

Yeah, it does look 3d on an LCD, Widescreen makes it look awesome to. It looks like one of those Moving pictures. I love it it!!!

This has got to be one of the best photos on the ENTIRE site (Ok I'm a little biased, but oh well) Well done!! We currently have this as a background for our family computer. To agree with most others, it does look three dimensional on LCDs. Congrats on an excelent photo.

Excellent Photo! The framing and the scene has been captured in it's truest sense. When it's on your desktop, you are caught staring at it and wishing you were near that fall! :)

I want to find this river now since Cades Cove isn't far from where I live. Great job on the picture!
