This was taken in Point Lobos State Park, just south of Carmel, California. I was at the park right at the 8am opening and got out the the coast before the Sun fully came up. I used a 0.9 hard ND graduated filter for the sky.
Really Right Stuff TVC-33 Tripod + BH-55 LR Ballhead, Adobe Lightroom CC 2015.
Nikon D750, Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8G ED.
Photo Settings: 24mm, f/16, 1/10 second, ISO 100.
