Awesome! My only, and little, problem with this pic is the amount of specular level on the ground, er- asphalt? Unless it's wet asphalt that is, but if it's wet there should be a little more indication of... wetness. I know reflection on the ground adds more "glittering" feeling to a car- the only reason I'm nitpicking at this is cause you said you are going for a dark urban environment. It's a really good work though, sorry I had pick at this little detail.

Is that a photo? Well, no matter what is, it's really beautiful. The bars on the top remind me of very well done rendering done with Pov-ray.
