I took this photo at Byron Bay, Australia. It was a wonderful Sunday afternoon, but then started to rain. I have replaced the original sky, which was too flat, with the sky of a photo I took on a sunrise at Gold Coast. The birds are edited too. I hope you like it.

A nearly full, waxing-gibbous phase of the Earth's moon. Shot on November 8th, 2011 from Hanover, New Hampshire.

Cable release and mirror lock-up mode to reduce camera shake. Live-view mode zoomed in 10x for focusing.

10-inch f/6.3 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope (Meade LX200). Shot at 1600mm, f/6.3, 1/250 second, ISO 200 with a Nikon D700 at prime focus.

Herein the description lies two full sentences about some soap bubbles against a window pane. The reasoning behind such a mundane capture was sleep deprivation.

Some camera using some lens being held stable by a tripod thingy then pushed through the software hole with some mouseclicks. (Canon EOS Rebel T2i, 100mm macro, 055xprob + frotto rail, natural sunlight, Adobe Photoshop).
