It was raining all day but I decided to go out shooting... This kind of weather usually creates beautiful lighting conditions when the Sun is setting. I was very lucky because it stopped raining just about five minutes before this shot was taken.

Monument Valley

Taken in October, 2013 while road-tripping through Utah and Arizona. The 17-mile drive down the dirt road through the valley is a must-do if you ever visit here. We spent hours here just to watch the sunset. Incredible place.

Catching the last rays of sun above Storebælt - strait running between the two largest islands in Denmark.
The suspension bridge (The Great Belt Bridge), which has one of the longest mainspans in the world, meets a massive offshore wind farm and a huge container ship right in the line of fire, yet all these man-made constructions come out tiny in comparison with the greatness of nature.
