I got up early and bussed down to the Lake in Burlington, Ontario. I knew I wanted a slow shutter-speed photo but wasn't sure what to shoot. I just took a photo of how I saw that place at that moment.
This is the first landscape photo I've done. It does a great job of bringing me back to that moment, so I thought I'd submit it!

One of my favorites from a great sunset evening at Cape Arago on the Oregon Coast, USA. This area has amazing geological formations, incredible sunsets, and dangerous seas. It is close to home so I go there often. A 3.2-second exposure for the water and a 0.6-second exposure for the sky with a 0.9 ND Hard grad filter.
Adobe Lightroom 5.3, Adobe Photoshop Elements 11, Lee 0.9 ND Hard Grad filter.
Photo Settings: 17mm, f/11, 3.2 seconds, ISO 50.

Taken in the Warehouse District in Hamburg, Germany. This perspective is well known and very popular for photographers, nevertheless, I do hope you enjoy this wallpaper anyway! Happy new Year!

A short little side cliff hike accessible during low tide opens up to a large shelf with numerous tide pools. Sneaker waves can catch you as the tide comes in if your not careful.
Adobe Lightroom 5.3, Adobe Photoshop Elements 11, Lee 0.9 ND Hard Grad filter, Hoya ND16 filter.
Photo Settings: 17mm, f/8, 30 seconds, ISO 125.
