These majestic peaks soar above the canyons below. The dramatic face and prominent point of Hallett Peak give the mountain its unique character.

A battle with an incoming tide from the Celtic Sea. A band of low pressure and strong winds allowed the tide to rise up as far as this shot shows. Normally it rests further below.

As this was taken just before the "rainy" season began, I was able to set up my tripod in the creek without much trouble.
