This is the famous Cap Canaille in the south of France. The picture was taken from the lighthouse in Cassis, a fabulous spot to have a view over Cassis' port, beach, and the Mediterranean Sea.

It gets its color from the fact that it was shot during a sunset in October. I used an ND filter to blur out any movement of the water.
