Orange Silhouette

December 16th, 2011

Taken late at night during August 2011 at Lake Mohave, Nevada side. The ominous orange glow is coming from Las Vegas. The green light is a mile marker, and the yellow one is a campfire. A very amazing place to visit.

End of the Sunrise

January 6th, 2016

I had one night in South Lake Tahoe. From the highway I saw what looked to be a good vantage point to shoot the sunrise. It was a very early morning the next day, and a bit of an adventure, but totally worth it.

Adobe Lightroom CC.

Canon EOS 6D, Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM.

Nevada Skies

July 31st, 2012

Taken while visiting a friend in the Northern Las Vegas desert. I saw a good picture so I decided to take it. It's not as desolate as I'd like, but I thought the lines of the mountains and sky looked really good.

Nikon D7000, Nikon AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.8G.

Zephyr Twilight

January 17th, 2015

I had the pleasure of photographing South Lake Tahoe last week. Not really knowing where to go, I discovered Zephyr Cove. The cloud formations there were unlike anything I had ever seen before. They were actually pretty suttle in this shot, but I loved the rest of it. If I just could of gotten the boat to move! This is two exposures combined in Photoshop.

Adobe Lightroom 5, Adobe Photoshop CC, Lee little stopper.

Canon EOS 6D, Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0L USM.
