January 14th, 2010

This is an HDR photo made of 3 exposures from the lighthouse at Seals Rock in the morning at sunrise. This lighthouse has the oldest, still working light unit in the world. The view was very spectacular and dramatic and by combining this into a HDR photo I tried to carryover a small piece of the feeling I had when I took this photo.

By erth
January 5th, 2012

The tide in Stansbury, on the York Penninsula, South Australia, comes in an amazing 400 metres every day, and the beach is transformed from a desolate sand bar to a wash of cool water in a matter of 2 hours.

Photographed in RAW, then edited in Lightroom and a little bit of Photoshop.

Nikon D700, Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 16-35mm f/4G ED VR, Marumi CP filter, Adobe Lightroom 3, Adobe Photoshop, Bracketeer.
